2007 Iditarod Teams

I'm going to try to sit down and do a real diary entry later today or tonight, but in the meantime I thought I'd let you know who was on the Ceremonial Start team today and who will be on the actual Iditarod team tomorrow (Yes, I've decided and NO, the decision was NOT easy - in fact, I'm heartbroken over some of the dogs that are being left behind).

Ceremonial Start (don't hold to the placement of dogs, there was a bit of confusion as we were hooking up and I don't remember who exactly went where and I'm a little doped up on cold medication this afternoon, as I seem to have gotten a cold yesterday.)

Other than the launch, when Snicks got caught in the middle of a pee (how embarrassing), the team did really, really well. They had a blast and we were standing on the drag brakes for much of the run.
